Ingredients
- Tomato
- Basil
- Pickled Shallots
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
1. Cut tomatoes in dice or rounds and combine with basil leaves
2. Cut mozzarella in cubes or half circles
3. Add a small amount of pickled shallots
4. Mix Salad and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top
5. Add ground pepper and salt to taste
Notes
- Feel free to not include mozzarela, pickled shallots, balsamic vinegar
- Quantities of each ingredient are up to your taste, but the basil and tomatoes should be the dominant flavours
